FLO

FLO (Functional Learning Optimizer) is a platform that aims to provide better care of patients by coaching nurses through their continued professional development. The platform provides end-users access to microlearning through an app, instructors a system for deploying micro-content, and organizations e-portfolio integration. At the core of the end-user experience is the virtual coach (a.k.a. chatbot) which facilitates an intuitive and gamified experience. Via the virtual coach, the user accesses personalized microlearning content, while building an e-portfolio with every interaction.
