Grow

Netherlands-based company Yellow Riders has a mission to make physical exercises more fun and engaging. Together with medical experts we worked on a set of minigames that incorporate motions commonly used in rehabilitation therapy.

Grow is the first of four minigames that focus on physical rehabilitation of patients coming out of surgery. By performing light physical exercise, such as standing up, sitting down and moving their arms, the player grows their own tree. As the tree grows, the player learns about famous height landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower, the ozone layer, and eventually the moon!
